COMPENSATION
Our Compensation and Additional Benefits policy is based on a competitive system that takes into account the competences, duties, responsibilities, education and experience of our employees, and recognizes and rewards ‘high prerformance.’ It is a fair and innovative system that respects the personal and business lives of our employees, paying attention to their individual needs.
In keeping with our leading position in the technology market, every year we take part in salary surveys to attract new talents to Turkcell Teknoloji, to keep the performance of our employees high, and to increase their motivation and loyalty. It also helps us keep track of the developments in the market.
Every year, in March, we review the salaries of our employees considering the balances in the company, individual performance results, salary surverys, the desired position in the market and macro-economic indicators.
We recognize and reward high performance and once in every year, we pay a performance-based bonus, according to the company results and individual results.
The compensation package we offer to our employees includes:
- 12 monthly payments per year
- Performance bonus paid once a year (except for the sales teams)
- Sales bonuses paid to sales team every three months.

- Annual Leave: After our employees have worked for 3 years in our company, they become entitled to 4 additional days of leave, in addition to the annual leave stipulated by the Labor Code.
